Now , they are here since then and were not allowed to become legal and were penalized with them, rather than penalizing Farming out our Jobs and Country's engineering and manufacturing to Asia during all of those Republican flip flop farm outs.

As for driving a ford, anyone can buy them in any country, LOL
even an american in another country.
even in Italy and kill a roomate for sexual jealousy rage , if true? and not for some political leverage.

We should be penalizing US Employers doing business with Communist Countries and those who are a threat and make and supply weapons to those we fight or terrorize us and the world.

Our President is not my Boy, he is our President, like it or not.
its like bad mouthing the troops or being treasonous .
He is closing Gitmo or Stalag whatever, too.
all the rest of the Anti Democracy stuff will be eventually closed , along with re instating the Habeas Corpus and the Bankruptcy law abridgments, and many other Illegal laws that are in conflict with the const, and democracy.

but as you know the repubs were never founders of Democracy or the Const.
they were mere national populists forming a republican coup.
Answer this with a simple answer! Is it not illegal to enter the U.S. without a passport or VISA?

Ab's , I agree with you 100% , but in answer to your question the answer is NO. If buy land or sea you need a government issued photo I.D. only if by air do you need a visa, which implies a passport. Now the I.D. is an enhanced issued by the state with the approval of the feds. in my case in Michigan.

The reason I know this is because I have to travel south of the boarder to Canada often. Yes I did say south!

I am married to a LEGAL immigrant to this country. We followed all the rules, did all the paperwork, paid all the fees. Everything by the book. Our son is a US citizen by birth. In another year my wife will apply for naturalization to become a US citizen. Again, all done according the law. It's not rocket science.

At my company, we are doing the paperwork (H1 VISA) to hire a LEGAL alien. We have to pay him a fair wage to get the VISA. If it's not approved, we won't hire him, it's that simple. Oh, and yes, we tried to hire a US citizen for this job, we just didn't find one who wanted the job.

Most people don't object to LEGAL immigrants or alien residents who play by the rules. It's the people who don't want to follow the rules LIKE WE DO and then EXPECT SPECIAL TREATMENT that really PISS US OFF. America is a land of immigrants, but those who don't play by the book are not welcome.

Most illegals are hard working because they lack a good education and appreciate the remedial jobs they get. Anyone who is threatened by this should blame themselves for not taking advantage of all the opportunities we have. Its not their fault they come from a country where their government is corrupt.

Most of them are hardworking honest people. The problem is that along with those we have the criminals and we have no control over any of them, and this is all tolerated and we have a big mess. This is why we need more VISAs for low-skilled foreign workers, so they can work here LEGALLY. Along with that we need tighter control of our VISA program and workers. Oh yeah, and illegals are deported, not tolerated and certainly not given a special path to legal status or citizenship.

I have poor friends who work in low-skilled jobs in Saudi Arabia. What do you suppose would happen to them if they overstayed their work VISA over there? What do you think would happen to someone who try to sneak into that country to work?

That's right. You don't know what they're bringing in, because you don't know who's coming in! To enter the country LEGALLY, by wife had to be tested for a few things including HIV, and had to get a chest xray for TB. She also had to bring her vaccinations up to US standards.

Thats right, I have seen a few illegal immigrants in an isolation room due to suspicion of TB, a bad cough etc. Guess who picks up the tab on that?

I commend you and your wife for being upstanding American Citizens.

I shudder from the Illegals who learn how to work the system from unscrupulous Dem/Socialist Obamanites like Acorn or SEIU....most all of the US Americans citizens are or were immigrants at one point and we appreciate they're contributions .

The whole Socialist strategy was and is to bring down America by bankrupting all of our social programs. Look up Cloward-Piven Strategy.......http://www.discoverthenetworks.org/g...asp?grpid=6967

Once again thank you for being an upstanding American.

Wait until the Dem?Socialist ......! get done with the census......they are looking to increase their voting rolls.......this is a huge machine that has been working toward this goal for almost 50 years

The unfortunate truth is that the most visible social group gets the most blame for our failures. In hour history, there have been Irish, Italian, Polish and some somewhat lesser groups throught the history who flocked to the USA to try and have a better life. Everyone in this country, except for American Indians, is a first or subsequent generation of immigrant parents. They all did it legally. Why are we now dealing with a huge population of illegals? Want them to at least pay their fair share? Then eliminate all other taxes and have just a consumption tax. It would be paid by all for all purchases, be it food, clothing, housing, autos, whatever. Everything would have a consumption tax on it. You could not buy anything without paying the tax. Someone of course, would immediately start a black market. Maybe we should shoot those entrepeneurs?

But what about the much bigger problem? What about the Congress & Senate that pass laws for you and me to live under but exempts themselves from those same laws? Have you ever asked your Senator or Representative about that injustice? Same for Social Security benefits. They have their own "private" plan. What about the beaurocrats who do little or nothing all day, swelling the bill to the U.S. Taxpayer? They're U.S. citizens who have government jobs at fat salaries and 1/3 of the are useless. Obama just created a new Cabinet Level position of Secretary of Technology!! Do we need it? Maybe we do but what other position did he get rid of to make room for it? That's one of our government problelms. They, the politicians, think of our government as an open ended building that can be infinitely expanded. It's up to you and me to bring it to their attention that we consider it to be a building of fixed size and if they think we need to modify the contents in some way, they need to eliminate one to make room for another. Good luck with that one, by the way.

So for all of you who think the illegals are no problem. Send me your addresss. I'll send an illegal family right along to be your personal responsibility. You can house them, feed them, clothe them, provide their health benefits and do it all on your income.

For all of you who think our government is just the right size, send me your address too. I'll send you a family of beaurocrats to live next door. You'll see the nice house, the nice car, the best colleges for the kids, better health insurance than you have. Nice folks mind you but you'll soon bristle at why their government job pays so much better than your civilian job.

And finally, if you don't know the contact information for your Congress person, http://www.usa.gov/Contact/Elected.shtml go here, you can find them. Then you have no excuse for not taking them to task for their votes, their perks and their often immoral expectations on what the American citizen should tolerate.

It IS time we take our country back. Back from the Democrats and back from the Republicans. Neither of those parties has a clue what the American citizen is anymore. The American electorate just doesn't 'get it'.
If YOU want change, YOU have to first change.

If you are waiting for the 'other guy' to change first, just remember, you're the 'other guy's' other guy. To continue to expect real change when you keep acting the same way as always, is folly. Won't happen. Real change will only happen when a majority of the people change the way they vote!
