    EPA Certification Question

I am finishing an 11 month trade school and am preparing for the EPA exam... Is it a good idea to have this certification if getting a job in the field? Another question I have is if i am installing thermostats for a company such as honeywell, does that time count toward my 1875 hours needed to go on to journeyman?

technically, you have to have the 608 certification to get a job in the field. if you are working in the field while in school your employer can document that time for you.
