    Wow! The Dices have ruled this Sunday! Nice football pix on a tough weekend!! Frickin Raiders tho....

    BTW Ed, the barrelman was this guy, thought the whole USA knew him. Must be a local hero!

    What was the meaning/significance of him wearing a barrel?

    Doesn't look like he wore much else of anything else.

    story i heard was the first time he did it was on a dare.

    guess it was a hit so he stuck with doing it.

    heard that the barrel he wore to a super bowl game sold for 30k......

    He bet his bro $10 he could get on TV by wearing a barrel that looked like an Orange Crush can in 1977. [remember the orange crush defence??] That year Denver went to the Superbowl and Tim never stopped. In 30 years he only missed 4 home games.
