Armstrong Quantum Chiller

Has anyone seen or worked on this brand of chiller. I have gone to the Armstrong web site and it appears the equipment is made in the UK. The site says both air cooled and water cooled versions are available with Turbocor compressors and proprietary controls. Any info would be appreciated. Are they certified for Canadian and American use (CSA and UL), are there any installed on this side of the pond?
