We just got a new computer with Windows XP. I have created different acccounts for me, my wife and my 5 1/2 year old.
My question is what is the best way to set things up for my little one to protect her from sites with inappropriate content?
I have set her home page to Sesame Street.

    Well first

Don't give her access to your account I am not sure how you are going to prevent the junk that comes in email. I have my email set to only show txt, no pics or html, this also helps keep spammers from phoning home everytime I check spam.

    Talking Thanks Breeze

First off, no email for her.
Secondly I have set up a password through XP to keep her from seeing my stuff.
Finally, I have networked this new computer with my laptop through a router so I will keep all the super secret stuff on my laptop.

    And remember.......................................... ........

Children learn as much from how we live as what we tell them
    is right.
Try to be the kind of person you want your kids to be.
