    Best option for cleaner air

I would like to get some opinions on this topic. I have a customer that has a Trim-T electronic air cleaner in place but does not work. We are looking at three options. 1) Just putting a 3" media filter in where the Trim-T is. 2) Adding a UV light. 3) Replacing the Trim-T with a new EAC.. Any opinions?

Totally avoided any real description of fresh air ventilation during wet cool weather and maintaining <50%RH. Otherwise some good info. Add a ventilating dehumidifier to the picture would make a good package for green grass climates. Regards TB
Bear Rules: Keep our home <50% RH summer, controls mites/mold and very comfortable.
Provide 60-100 cfm of fresh air when occupied to purge indoor pollutants and keep window dry during cold weather. T-stat setup/setback +8 hrs. saves energy
Use +Merv 10 air filter. -Don't forget the "Golden Rule"
