    Furnace/Water Heater venting

I have a Rheem tankless water heater which has it's own direct vent. I'm installing a 95% Goodman furnace w/direct vent and wish to vent next to the water heater vent. I've not been able to find any specs with regards to how close these two vents can be or are there any?

    Thank you,
    Dylan

Yes, there are codes, and manufacturer specs about it.

    Dylan,
    Ask the building inspector!

Asked the building inspector, said it's per manufacturers requirements.
