Not that bad...
here Sunday.

but the bite was slow.
Only caught two catfish and one beer buzz but it was a nice afternoon.
Pretty much had the lake to ourselves til this joker came by and put a ripple on it. Water temp was 54. It was 58 Friday, we got some of the cool weather Sat and Sun.

Poppa, with all those pretty lakes in the Dallas area, which one did you post up there?
I lived in Dallas for 4 years and was at the lake (Lewisville) virtually every weekend. Man-o-man, I loved those 4 years. No reserve. No retreat. No regrets.
For those who have fought for it, freedom has a sweetness the protected will never know.

Probably after my time. I was there from Aug. '78 till Nov. '82. Dated a tall gorgeous blonde from FL. We parted ways, remained very good friends, she married a guy from FL and had triplet boys! Great kids. I guess they're 10 or 11 now.
Favorite restaurants...Little Gus' on Lower Greenville, Black-Eyed Pea, and Joe T. Garcia's in Ft. Worth. No reserve. No retreat. No regrets.
