    No, this is not my work, if it was I'd think it great and post it on the "Hall of Fame".

    We have performed around 3000 inspections for Homeowners Insurance during the last 4 years. Since good installs seldom have problems, we got to see the worst of the worst.

    Frank i dont know where you are but looks like the techs are definitly not trained or under paid or lazy.can anyone get hvac license or do they just say (hey im an a/c man }one day because they have acquired a roll of foil tape.someone needs to watch or a lot of people will get hurt.i mean damn..........

    the sad part is the homeowner would never see anything out of place here .... no they just live in it and never take the time to learn anything about it. There single most important investment and they just don't care.
