    Carrier Comfortview

    I'm having a problem with comfortview this morning. I tried to login, but I'm getting an error code.

    Error code 19022 - ComfortVIEW access key is missing or invalid. User logins will be prohibited until the key is installed.

    What exactly does that mean?

    ComfortView requires a Hardware Key to use. It is the license to use the software.

    Depending on the version, it can be on the Printer Port [beige] or on a USB slot [purple].
