there are small herds of wild turkeys
running around here, big motha's too. Some idiot went out with his shotgun and tried to shoot one, the cops came and he ran. Not really a good idea to hunt in resi neighborhoods ya know.

They actually taste better, just a little tougher. That's an opinion of course. Wild turkeys have a bit more of a gamey taste which to me gives them more flavor.

Ft. Stewart home of the occupying Army in Iraq has some of the finest Wild Turkeys in the world.
Up around Baltimore MD, road kill is usually at the gas stations.
