Swedish Pineapple Cake


Ingredients:

1. 20-oz can crushed pineapple with the juice
2. 2 eggs
3. 2 cups flour
4. 2 cups sugar
5. 1/2 cup nuts
6. 2 teaspoons baking soda


Beat together and bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes. Use 9 X 13 metal pan greased and floured.

Icing:

1. 1 stick of butter
2. 1 8-oz cream cheese
3. 1 & 3/4 cup powdered sugar
4. 1/2 cup nuts
5. 1 teaspoon vanilla


Mix together. Pour over cake while hot.
