I see new bearing, shaft, and blower wheels so I would say that was how the new wheels were installed?

i had to do that to a couple of hasting units. the wheels were 48 inch. i had to install all new bearings and shaft. what a pain in the a$$ job. it took 3 men and 8 hours.
