Part time work in Austin TX?

I posted a while ago and got no responses for some reason, so I'll try again.

I am current working for Hyatt Lost Pines in Bastrop TX as a chef but business is slow right now and I need to find another job so I can pay bills, have food to eat, you know the important stuff.

Anyway my other career is as a HVAC-r technician as I have an associates degree in occupational studies with the emphasis on HVAC-R. I moved to TX for a super market refrigeration job which I found on here. I am not going to say the guys name as I ended up getting the short end of the stick as I was not given the trainning I was told I would get. But with out him I would not be living in such a great state as TX or have an awesome job like I have now.

I would be willing to start from the bottom and work my way up and could even be a temp worker.

if you have any leads or could possibly help let me know.
    Jason
