If you have to explain a joke it isn't funny.

Any way back to the thread. My AS is in Industrial Technology. Which I received in part because of my air conditioning experience.

I'm schooled as a welder and machinist, took a wrong turn one day and was stuck doing this. Ok ok, so it was a good move...

Absolutely no official schooling other than a 1 week school and several evening courses, oh and almost 10 years of the schooling of hard knocks

My main course of study was electrial, I was going for a degree in electrical engineering but I decided after getting in the field that was where I wanted to stay. I was a welder in the army national guard. But before all of that I started out as a farmer. Then when I was old enough to get my CDL and HAZMAT rateing I ran a commercial spary rig, and ran my truck over the road hauling grain and fertilizer in the winter time. Thats when I decided I wanted more out of life and went back to school. My father has been in law enforcement all my life and I always thought a carrer in conservation enforcement would be a job I would enjoy.

I though so too...till i did my internship with the Indiana DNR...not the job for me. If u like sitting and watching people all day in your car, boat, or hidden in the bushes then it may be your thing. My mind and hands where board. A few days we just watched and never really "caught" anyone. Some people are metaly wired to do that, i found out that i am not.
