    hello my first thread need help

    I work for a HVAC/ plumbing company here in nothern VA. i was only on the field for about two years. and was then moved into the warehouse and now run the inventory dept. one of my techs ran into a quatro furnace. i cant seem to find parts for this thing can someone help me find parts for this

    Major issues with that one. Not likely to find any parts. Have him sell a new one.
    A good HVAC tech knows how, an educated HVAC tech knows why!

    Have you tried Texas Furnace out of Houston yet?
    I think they bought the rights to the old Quatro furnaces. No idea why.

    thanks thats what i needed part has been ordered. this furnace had the circuit board replaced last year and now the pressure switch went. this lady doesnt want to spend any money, we told her this furnace has got to go now its gonna cost her another couple hundred bucks

    She was warned. What more can ya do? You probably could have found a generic switch locally though.

    yeah i was thinking i just didnt know what the water column i needed
    but then again i could have gotten one of those adjustable deals

    I agree time for new system. If the job got a Quatro there are likely other issues as well
