LOL.....yep, had a lady the other day wanted me to install some new lighting fixtures in her house, do a clean and check on her furnace, and mount one of those curved shower rods to her bathroom wall. Said she thought it would be worth $30. Then you tell them what you charge and they look at you like your robbing them at gun point.

Oh, how I like the people that can just say no thanks and let me move on to the next thing, instead of getting all emotional over expenses.

Serious question - how can I download this onto my laptop to show to customers that try this? That would be soooooo handy.
Tiger - pretty much the same thing happens to me. "you guys have a one hour minimum right? How about some plumbing work or electrical?" Sorry, I don't have the licenses required, plus it's at the limit with travel time and all.....The Lord must love stupid people or he wouldn't have made so many.
Why is it that when I am in a hurry, everyone else on the road goes 15 MPH under the speed limit?
