Emerson Climate Technologies Training CD-ROMs not working?

I just got a bunch of CD-ROMs from Emerson and I can't get any of them to work on my computer. Has anybody else ordered CD-ROMs from them and if so did they work? I bought two (6) CD sets and another (3) CD set and none of them work. They load about 2/3rds of the way across and then stop.

I hope that you're not making the same mistake I made a year or two back...
...complained to Johhstone about cd training material not loading...
...the counter guy pointed out that it was a DVD! Doh!

Call or email Emerson/Copeland about the problem, I'm sure they'll rectify
the situation if you purchased from them.

No I stuck it in the DVD player just to make sure. I actually looked online last night for server2go troubleshooting and found that if I copy the contents of the CD-ROM onto my harddrive it works just fine. WOO HOO im 'bout to be smarted! Thanks!
