    flat rate task pay ?

we have been using flat rate pricing for years and it works great, I am trying to find out if anyone is using flat rate task pay per repair? the way i see it the tech has an allowed time to complete the repair and is paid based on the time for the repair. if they the tech completes before the allowed time they still get paid the task time for the repiar. any feedback ??

    Confused Flat Rate

A lot would depend on the employee. A good honest tech would be fine, a hack would shortcut most jobs (I don't need to pull a vacuum) to increase his pay hours. It's like most things, there are positives and negatives. ibis1
