    I'll check the stpts in the morning but I know softload is on @ 300sec, min capacity is 10% 30min timer, and the differential to start is +-5. it just boils down to the load we need it.

    What is the volume of your chilled water loop, it should take at least five minutes for the water to get around the loop.
    The volume of water divided by the flow rate, should equal more than five. If you don't, a large storage tank could help the situation.

    How many feet of what diameter of what type of pipe? length x area=volume, volume of heat exchangers, etc.
