Optiview Failure
York YTG1A1B2-CGJ Machine. Optiview panel was blank upon arrival. I unplugged J15 from the microboard and reconnected. Optiview came up and went to working. Started chiller and all was well. Anyone ever seen this?

Saw that happen once and it ended up being a black plug/fuse on the microboard came loose. Pushed back in and the screen was back on.
-
if it continues to happen there is an updated power supply harness from the power supply to the micro

also check your sensors. the 5vdc is very sensitive on the optiview. if a senor pulls the voltage down below 4.8vdc the panel goes into safety mode and shuts down. I've seen temp sensors or pressure transducers do it at high end of measuring range.

Anyone have a service bulletin regarding this issue?

I have never seen any bullitins on it , some of the things mentioned are possible causes , power supply , connections , ribbons , defective componants pulling down power all things to look at process of elimination
