    Hmm BRAND NEW RHEEM

    Got a no cool call for a rtu someone just installed and found this & WTF happened to the heat I guess they wanted a call back for no heat too!!!

    Look at the center contact on the contactor!

    So it's rheems fault because the installer didnt finish installing the heat kit?

    these 2 things are INSTALLER screw ups, NOT manufacturer!!!!!

    The heater is installer the contactor is mfg the remember the contactors are covered by a front plate

    is the center post welded closed?

    you need to figure out why!

    only thing "Rheem".....coil? & coil cabinet

    I don't know of a single mfg that makes all their pieces & parts

    installers screwed up ....aye.....no excuse for that

    Maybe they did, I don't know the story but the previous company must have pissed them off somehow or something happened you know there are a million reasons.

    contacts

    Maybe it's my eyes but isn't the top contact different from the other 2. Flat on the sides not rounded. Good thing it got fixed before there was more damage.
