back to last sunday, filling out job apps looking for work, my brother tells me about a project he's been working on for the past two years, a hinge for chiller plates.
well turns out he developed a/an hinge used in commercial chiller plate applications, he put in touch with the manufacturer and for the last week i've been meeting with folks learning about chiller plates
i know what i've been told about the servicing of the units and the removal of the plates, but it isn't the same as communicating with the folks that do it regularly
