    Last week Sunday in a conversation with my brother (more about him later) I learned what a chiller plate is.
    During the course of this week I've learned lots about chiller plates.

    well turns out he developed a/an hinge used in commercial chiller plate applications, he put in touch with the manufacturer and for the last week i've been meeting with folks learning about chiller plates
