You should get you one of those Edenpures I here they don't cost much to run and they never break down.

Maybe still air in gas line?

I do not think we can help you. I suggest you call a licensed HVAC contractor to help you in your situation

The vaule should not open till it get enough heat or spark to light the pilot.

1) Thermostat calls for heat
2) Draft inducer fan turns on and runs for maybe a minute
3) Hot surface ignitor turns on and stays yellow-orange color for 20-30 seconds
4) Relay on fan control board clicks
5) Gas valve opens a fraction of a second later (verified by dial pressure gauge)
6) If flame is established, ignitor powers down after a few seconds, gas valve stays open, and furnace runs until thermostat is satisfied
the gas valve will open to try and ignite the burners, if the ignition is not hot enough this will not happen.

then he needs to apply for pro membership and after the vetting process we will know for sure if he is a tech.

well if he is "lisenced" I still wouldn't want him to look at my system.
Now a "licensed" tech I would allow to look at my system.
We Do not give out tech advise with out first knowing the poster.
HVACR equipment is dangerous and can KILL, INJURE, BLOW THE PLACE UP ETC.

Then he needs to apply for pro membership just as you do. We welcome pros and HVAC students who qualify with the proper credentials.
We do not have the luxury here of assuming as assuming can create an explosion in the wrong hands.

Most students will identify themselves as such.
Since no indication from him that he is in the trade. Play it safe, and don't give technical info in the open forums.
