Nope... simulator sessions are saved only for the actuel FXBuilder session.
Is there a way to save a simulator file and load it back into the simulator at a later session? It's a lot of work to setu the parameters for a simulator session every time you close/reopen FX Builder.
Thx
Mike

Guess I can keep the session open on my spare PC until I'm completely done with the simulator. I get a lot of interruptions and sometimes have to close it up and start all over the next day.
One more question, are the different versions of FXBuilder backward compatible? I am opening an apd file with ver 4.2.0. The file was created with a newer version of FXbuilder. I can view/edit ok but when I go to save it, FXbuilder freezes with a popup message regarding the FX16 display. If I delete the display then add it back in then it will save the file. I'm concerned about the file integrity when doing this. Do I need to upgade to a newer version?

I would think so. There are a lot of new features in newer version...
Another option would be to program using assemblies. devide your logic into seperate assemblies and simulate the logic for each individual asembly. once you have verified the logic for an assembly then there would be no need save the sesion. it shouldn't take long to verify the logic of an assembly.
This doesn't solve the problem but at least you wont have t keep your lap top open and running for days at a time.
It's a fairly large, complicated dist program for a CP with 3 FXcontrollers. I'm trying to simulate what effect input changes in one assembly will have on the final output of 4 or 5 linked assemblys. As you suggested, I have been verifying each assembly but even some of those require 3 or 4 inputs from other modules that I can only seem to manipulate by setting points in the originating assemblys. Makes for a lot of points to set each time I work with the file.
Thanks
