    I'm not positive,but that looks like a old goodman unit to me,if not someone will be along shortly to correct me!!!

    have you ever had it serviced? if so look on an invoice and see if there is a model# and a serial# so we can help with the age

    its not mine. its a unit near mine and im the HOA president and the potential buyer was asking me if i knew what kinda/how old the unit was.
    its the only one around here that looks like that..

    It looks like the old Janitrol unit to me. It's the stupid door over the door on the right side that gives it away. Pain in the arse. Burn the crap out of your fingers when you take the hose off the high side unless you have the low loss gauges.
    I like DIY'ers. They pay better to fix.

    It's actually a fairly new unit. It looks to be one of the last models before they changed the color and shortly after added coil guards.
    They way you can tell that it's newer, is that the coil end of the unit does not have rounded corners, as the older units did.
