This was sent to me by Reak, thanks Chris! Notice the clever use of the ladder as the "duct support". Hey, who needs the big ladder, it's only a one story house!

Why is this in the Wall of Shame? This is a thing of beauty. A real Mans man install and design. Even Red Green would have a hard time designing such a beauty.

What am I looking at? Someone installed a central air & furnace in a 70's era van? Not enough room in the house for installation? Someone living in the van? Loss for words. Rocket scientist designed that one.

The van
IS the furnace!

If he's not careful, his duckin' may catch on fire or rot from the rain (can you say 'black mold')...
Iron stove with plywood duckin' - talk about IAQ!

Let me explain! My wife works for an insurance agent and this is what they found after receiving a request for a claim. I am not sure what the claim was.
Thanks

Why not just hook up the ductwork to the tailpipe of a car? It's easier to do & you can kill yourself quicker.
WHY?

Too Cool!!!!
That is the funniest thing I have seen to date. 100% outside air....got to be healthy. If ya need more wood, just driver out back an pick up a charge....but don't go to the hedge pile...last time that melted the whitewalls off the ol girl. Guess I need ta get a better grade o' tarp..those four dollar ones jist melt off the first sixteen feet o' duck. Nuther winter, I'll have er workin like a store bought one...hell, may talk to Jobes Junk yard, and go into mass production....

Why didn't I think of that. That's a great idea for a portable heater, just park it next to the customers house until you can get back there to install a new system.
