    Building Changeover

    What is the general rule for building changeover. I remember it being at least 5 consecutive days over 70 degrees but am not sure what it is for heating. Can anyone help. Thanks in advance

    Most jurisdictions have laws when the heat has to be on.

    Used to love it when some sleazy building owner would call in at 3:00pm on that day, no overtime, to have the heat turned on.
