Sorry. Here was the question.
Do we have any HVAC guys out there turned energy auditors? My interest is the similarity of our heat loss calculations versus a heating contractor doing a manual j heat load calculation. Since the MJ is the holy grail and since an energy auditor essentially collects the same information, why don't we learn the HVAC language and provide those numbers as part of our normal service. I have read that Energy Gauge Software out of Florida was going to add MJ to their software, but I don't know if others already do that.
What would we have to do to provide official manual j numbers?
