This is a JCI branded FX? The N2NavSubscriber as I understand it is the part of JCI's appliance that tries to automatically create a nav file for you on station startup. You must have part of the appliance turned off or there is an object that it is trying to add to the nav file that doesn't compute. I hate the appliance and wish they would just provide the N2 driver separate from the appliance part. If the station is running OK I wouldn't worry about it.

Is there a non johnson controls FX that can be used to upgrade an old companion system w 20 vav controllers and 3 dx9100 controllers? JCI is difficult to work w around here as it seems to me that they only give good service to huge customers and the rest of us get the short end.

Ha Ha - JCI doesn't give good service to anyone. All part of Freddy B's 5 year plan...

The FX-20/60 available from JCI are the only Jace devices that can run the N2 driver. However, branches aren't supposed to sell them - you need to find a distributor or an ABCS/dealer to buy one.
