Question about my variable speed A/c

I have a carrier packaged 50XP unit. It's about 5 years old now. It's a variable speed unit.

The other day the service man was out checking it. While we were up on the roof, I had him change the delay setting from the 90 second run after cooling stops to the "enh" which is supposed to blow no air for 30 second then 70% of max for 3 minutes. After we did this, the system runs but blow now air at all forthe first what seems like 3 minutes before anything starts coming out of hte vents.

any suggestions on what is wrong? is there another setting that is misseD

this unit is attached to a thermidistat.

Why dont you call HIM back tomorrow, and give him a chance to make it right???
We cannot fix it for you.
Be fair to him, let HIM do his job.
