i wish i could work for an HVAC owner that cool ......his is in HOG HEAVEN out there in SO CAL with a SH** load of QBs fighting for a starting position.i saw a segment on how he goes out into the L.A. street gangs and hangs,then invites them into the training camp sessions to show them other things outside of their world of violence. check it out ......imagine a shop monthly meeting being like this
