carrier chiller oil solenoid
mine is leaking and want to change it The book says to just close service valve and bleed is there somethig I need to do

Did you know Carrier makes alot of different types of chillers?

You will have to isolate the compressor, recover , repair, evacuate , then recharge.

There are risks associated to pumping down that compressor .

Totally agree TGL once made the mistake of trying it and ended up in craning off the compresser.
