    Coil coating??

Just replaced a Carrier 10 tom RTU circa 1986 with another carrier 10 ton RTU on a Mexican restaurant. Two years ago we had to remove the evap coil and do a total de-grease cleaning. Is there a coating that i can apply so when i do do the quarterly the greezy nastiness comes off completely or more easily? The grease also collects on the condenser coils because its about 15' from the main kitchen hood..anything for that also?

Make-up air and an exhaust hood that is balanced to remove slightly more than what is being introduced. Dump some of the make-up into the restaurant area and then the kitchen "sucks"!!!

I haven't heard of a grease preventative coil coating. If you figure that out I want a cut...... $$
