Just add one of those water misters on the condenser coil and it wont use any electricity at all.

I am speechless,

It looks similar to the scam awhile back they were trying to sell on guam saying that is saved power, all it was, was a time delay in a fancy box, that would not allow the condenser on 5to 20 minutes after the t'stat called for cooling.

This guy is apparently sensitive, I think I upset him.
