    nice water service

    went to look at a water heater. the call was for no water pressure. I find this

    no it is not a manufactured home. The home is like 10 years old or so. I remember it being built. The guy was a "plummer" in a trailer factory

    eh, my girlfriend had her landlord replace a water heater, I went to check on it, they had gal. pipe and Black iron 90's instead of copper. when i asked him, he says he refuses to solder. I told him to pay me labor + material or I was going to turn him into the building department.

    nice water service

    i see term trailer aka mobile home is not correct
    since 1985 homes have to be built to HUD codes and be code compliant
    the new proper term is manufactued home.
    what now is called a mobile home is what we used to call a winnabago
