Do I need to download a program that enables me to scan ande-mail a document?

Basically, you scan the document as a picture, then, using whatever your e-mail program is, attach that to the message.

    Here is what I did.

Do you know how to copy and paste?

If so, open the application, copy and paste the information into an e-mail and fill it out there.

    That is what I did.

Your scanner, should have come with its own software/program for scanning pics and documents.

Copy and paste as JP said.

I would save as pdf then attach it to an e-mail. That's as much fun to explain as the piping in my avatar.
