Website Design
I am setting up my website with a friend, what do you guys think of this as a very basic set up.
No idea what language the text is in, was pre-given text.
Basically just the background, logo, and Title

Nice logo, the language looks latin to me. Is the CE supposed to be the dot on the letter i?

I have a friend in college who is helping me out with it. (Web design is his major), that was just something he threw together in 5 mins to see if I liked the layout. It's free, and he will get to use it as his big project for the year.
He was telling me some of the plans, to use flash etc. I am excited.
The CE is not a dot for the I, may work on that a bit.

We are updating our site at the moment, it is currently a content management system which Google really struggles to crawl properly.
I like the way yours has the services in the background.

The "Lorum Ipsum" text is the standard text that graphic designers use as filler when they don't have any content to add yet.
I don't remember where it came from but I heard the story once. It's nonsense language written to look like latin, but it's not. Just gibberish.
If you check out pre-designed templates for lots of graphic design software or even for microsoft documents, the "Lorum Ipsum" text is always used. no meaning at all.Ryan
