    Lightbulb Induce draft fan

    Hello....
    The problem: I have a friend that has a furance Arcoaire Model#: GNEO75B12A1 - the draft fan will run when the thermostat is in the off position & when it's in the cooling mode. The only way to stop it, is to shut the power off @ the furance. This person is trying to do-it-himself since he is on hard-times. Can anyone help w/ a possiable solution.
    BGE came out & gave him a new Thermostat, & still has same problem.
