Minnesota State College Southeast Technical in Red Wing, MN. That's my opinion anyhow.

Mr Walker, the head of the department has been there forever. He taught 3rd trimester when I was there in 1979. They has a great program then and a few weeks ago I spoke to a kid that is in town on his internship and he thinks it is still great.Last edited by thrashme; 08-28-2009 at 07:32 AM.
