Humm.... A lot of the time I see florescent lights flicker even when they are up to temp. It's about enough to drive you insane!

The lights appeared to be flickering today but I just had a floater im my eye.

I stayed in this cabin when I was a kid and I remember the gas lights always flickering. It did have four walls at the time.
