Humm.... A lot of the time I see florescent lights flicker even when they are up to temp. It's about enough to drive you insane!

If you watch closely you will plainly see them flicker 60 times per second, rookies.

I stayed in this cabin when I was a kid and I remember the gas lights always flickering. It did have four walls at the time.
