    Maybe a Shuttle Launch Tonight.

If there's anyone left awake, there may be a shuttle launch at 1:36 AM this morning.

Watch it live at NASA TV at the NASA site.

i'm curiose. were does nasa get the funds for all these launches? is it taxes? grants? i understand they have good reason for them but it just seems like they are doing alot of launching lately. on another note when i lived in florida i could see a shuttle going up once. very cool. the radio was playing rocket man for added affect. then i heard it break the sound berriar on re-entry. scared the crap out of me, i was asleep.

Weather related. Storms had passed but the sky was still cloudy with potential. See what happens tonight.

Me too! But she still scrubbed the mission!

She says watching the NASA TV channel is about as much action as I can handle...

Friday at 12:22am is the next attempt... for the shuttle, that is,... if all goes well tomorrow.

we were at sea once off the coast of florida and watched the launch through the periscope. We taped it onto our VHS system that was tied into the scope and played it via CCTV for the crew to watch. Was impressive!
