Ground beef is full of fat. Fat is Flavor.
Ground turkey is leaner than beef so it is healthier for you.
Solution mix a pound or two of ground pork sauage in with your turkey.2sing

Ground turkey is bland.
I always mix in some A1 steak sauce, or bbq sauce, or worcestershire sauce before making turkey burgers on the grill.
Careful not to overcook it and dry it out.

They're both good. You can get leaner beef . Depends on what you yourself want to dcook and prefer. I usually use beef more but turkey is good at times.
