Question Water leaking from my AC/Furnace

My tenant has noticed water coming from within the furnace/AC in the basement. I believe its the drainage in the coils that are clogged? Is this easy to get to so I can just clear out the drain? The furnace is old..maybe 20 years. Is there a top panel that is screwed in or do i have to remove the duct work to get to it?

    Thanks,

    Tony

The only tools you need are a telephone and a phone book.

Let a professional take care of this one.
