    Dang, I wish I got a tool kit when I went to school. And a laptop too! Maybe a slide rule.

    I don't know how craigslist works. But can't you just email the owner and get the history and/or the story behind the tools being sold.

    I sent the guy an email expressing interest in them, but never heard back.

    I wouldn't buy them if stolen, I just wanted to see what his deal was.

    I sent one aswell, Our department head wants some extras for other students. there is also a post where our schools shirts are wanted for some reason. A thought just occured though they could be stolen from a student here, but noones reported such a thing.
