Some grease on that coil?
I saw this on the road yesterday and had my camera ready to go. A Mexican restaurant...imagine what that coil looks like!

I'm with those who are thinking positive here. That coil will last forever if it is getting a daily dose of grease coating. Just like having an automatic waxing machine.

We have an air handler that services an E.R. plus the I.C.U. The exhaust fan for the cafeteria grille is on a roof right below it's intake. The rooms end up smelling like McDonalds.

We used to work for an Applebees, the one RTU condenser was facing an area with 3 exhaust fans. Took a lot of Renews to keep that coil clean.
