When my folks came up to visit for Dad's birthday, they brought a hummingbird feeder for the cottage.

Nice Pics , what shutter speed?
Don, do you get more than 1 or 2 Hummingbirds ?
I've seen some backyards with dozens around 3 - 4 feeders.
We get only a couple that defend viciously
their territory no matter how many feeders.
But this is New Jersey.

) We did have a bee from New Jersey come and try to chase one away LOL!
The shutter speed was set to an automatic "Sport" setting, I focused manually.

Cool! I like the size of that feeder. We tried one before but it was 10X the size and became a pain to take down and clean all the time. Maybe now I will try a smaller one.

Q. Why do hummingbirds hum?
A. Because they don't know the words.
you know someone was going to come up with that golden oldie.

Every day, the hummingbird eats its own weight in food. You may wonder how it weighs the food. It doesn't. It just eats another hummingbird.

Those pics are old - the bird feeder has lasted just fine, still looks the same.
