Plenum help
I just received a new furnace with an cased coil. I took out my other furnace and now I notice that the height of both these new units together are 1 inch higher than my main trunk line. When I remove the old plenum from the main trunk will hit the side of the cased coil? Any suggestions. There is no room to move the trunk line up b/c of the ceiling height.

A PRO could have advised you on what could be done BEFORE YOU did anything yourself.
Did you call a pro, or are you just trying to be cheap? Those who dance, appear insane to those who do not hear the music.
Those who believe, appear ignorant to those who do not know God.

This is not a DIY site.Merry Christmas

I guess you need to send it back. A pro would never let this happen. You couldn't read the specs for your equipment and you couldn't read this sites rules. Can you read?
