contacting Haier for warranty work
Howdy, for the last 3 days I've been trying to get in touch with the warranty department for Haier. My customer has a burned out compressor on a three year old unit and this company has been less than helpful. Does anyone have a clue? My company needs to get set up to do the work, however these people are frustrating!

There was a member, that said he took over something to do with Haier. Claimed he had plenty of everything. If I can remember the thread title,I'll post it. Try doing a search. It could have been in the residental section.

I've been trying to get parts for a Crosley Refrigerator which I thought was made by Maytag, but not this model it's made by Haier and the parts are no longer avalible and it's only 4 yr's old. I never buy this brand again, you get what you pay for.

I feel sorry for my customer, his condenser is less than 5 years old. Junk, straight junk.

You get what you pay for, unfortunately. Buy a brand name next time. At least they'll be around to honor the warranty. Maybe.

That's the thing, the nearest distributor is 8 hours away. The next time I see one of these I"m telling the customer to call someone else.
